Public Test Server - We want your feedback!

Hello everyone!

It's time for another round on the PTS (Public Test Server), because it's going to be SPOOKY!

With the upcoming live server patch, we've got some spookylicious new Halloween content, some bug fixes and much more!

Our focus is the stability of the changes and the new content, which is why we would like to have additional feedback from you if the standard of server stability is met.

Your help is needed!

From now until 10/01/2021 at 7 am PDT | 16:00 CEST, you have the opportunity to enter the PTS and take a closer look at the upcoming content.

We want your feedback - right here in this thread!

In fact, we are specifically looking for feedback on two important points. If you have more feedback for us, it is always welcome!

1) Production: Upgrading and downgrading now also works for Tier 6.

• Can you de-/compensate without any occurring issues?
• Even after changing the map or restarting the game?
• Did you experience any other problems in connection with Tier 6 production (Alchemy System)?

2) Halloween Content: The event is HUGE and there are many new event quests for the daily portion of fun!

• Did you experience any problems while running the event content?
  • What was the problem? Describe it in a few words.
  • Did it affect the stability of the game? For example, did your game close?
  • Did you experience lags in the game?
• Please tell us your character name and date/time of the problem.
• Do you have a screenshot/video of the problem? Add a link.
