Reporting such incidents helps us take appropriate action and foster a healthy gaming environment for all players.

What type of evidence is required?

When submitting a report, it is essential to provide evidence that clearly demonstrates a violation of our Terms of Use or Game Rules. This evidence can take the form of either a screenshot or a video.

✔ Screenshots are required for reports involving text and visuals (e.g., Chat, names, images).

- They should be full screen, displaying the entire game interface.

- Screenshots must be unedited and directly from the game.

- The player in question must be identifiable.

- You can upload image files (JPEG or PNG) or provide us with the image link.

✔ Videos are required for reports pertaining to actions (e.g., Bug abuse, exploits, bots, cheating).

- Videos should be unedited and directly from the game.

- If the video is too long, you may shorten it as needed. Alternatively, note the relevant time stamp in your request description.

- Please attach a download link from a file hosting platform or any secure portal* (links to YouTube or Twitch videos are not permitted).

*The download must be accessible to download without the need to login.
