Cash Token - Info Update

Today, we have adjusted the requirements that allow you to purchase Fiesta Online Cash Tokens in the Cash Shop, as we have seen an increase in fraud cases recently. These changes are necessary to combat this fraud. These new conditions should not impact the availability of Cash Tokens for legitimate customers.
However, in the event that Cash Tokens are unavailable for purchase, even if you had option before with your account, please be patient and give us some time. There is no need to contact Customer Service regarding this, as we will be actively monitoring and reviewing the impact of these changes and we will adjust the parameters afterwards based on our findings and feedback.
We are sorry if these changes cause any inconvenience, but please note we are unable make adjustments or exceptions for individual cases before we have completed our analysis.
