Thanks for digging up the old values cupcake.
One thing about Vitality is that the defense % decrease has always been larger then what was described in the skills info (all the way back to 110 cap or earlier). This isn't any different now this patch.
For example 135 Vitality: 50% dmg increase 40% def decrease.
The ingame #'s are different though. A non mighty set vitality grants a 41% dmg increase and 51% def decrease (while a mighty set vit gives 58% dmg increase) [Dmg calculated with a t4 dmg brace equipped]
The fact both numbers are within 1% of the tooltip (though reversed) may indicate its a glitch.
Either way, I think its important to understand glads are less of one man wrecking crews now, and more of front-line glass cannons.
