Do the smaller communities in Enid/Jenira/Pagel even use GT? Or is it just a bunch of Ghost/Alt guilds too?
The EU version of fiesta is a different game right? I've heard this many times, that the EU fiesta is technically a different game. Why can't it be different for GT too?

Excluding a particular content would result in less appeal for that server and whilst EU is regarded as a different game, changes like this would also be applied to EU as well. Hence they also have a say in this matter, as we are aiming to streamline both versions of the game whilst keeping them seperate.

As I have mentioned before. Our decision can change depending on a number of factors, the most important one being the conditions of the current servers and the community at large.

We can review the current conditions of GT recruitment and see what happens after that.

    Heya,

Whilst this is an interesting proposal, it is too exclusive to the large guilds and to larger servers.

As we have to take the other servers and EU into consideration, this idea cannot be adapted. However, I will bring this subject and up and discuss way of changing the Guild Tournament registration to provide a better experience.

If you can adapt this idea with the smaller servers in mind, please feel free to do so, as we do not wish to neglect nor ignore the smaller communities.

    Hey guys,

Seeing as the comments are getting heated and becoming rather repetitive, we have made the decision to close the thread.

Both sides have made valid arguments, but the topic of discussion is straying from the original question asked by the original poster.

As mentioned before, the short answer is no, but we're not completely against any ideas for a Merge in the future.

    Regards,

    ~[SGM]Kuroneko

I was also told by customer support after the fact, that when they did the merge they created a tool that spread the characters to the other servers. And afterwards you did have a period of time to switch if you wanted. So, I'm not making things up. And I didn't select any servers, my character was in pagel the moment I logged in. This was a bit after the fact, but at the time I had IRL issues to deal with so I didn't care about it at the time.

Please be aware that CSR Ticket support isn't always up to date with information, as they are in charge of all games.

No characters were reallocated. All we did was support players with the recovery of missing items, most of which we had announced back then was filled with a lot of false reporting and the recovery of any missing characters or accounts that ran into issues during the merge.

As for the Transfer Tool. We had worked on it, but having observed the servers and the current behaviour exhibited by the players, we believe that it was not the time to release it and cancelled it altogether due to other issues that occured when testing the tool/app.

A different variation was given to EU EN, allowing them the option to migrate to another EU server. However, this was only available for a brief period of time and functioned in a more limited aspect.

It wouldn't be hard. You would tag all the characters at the end with whatever server they came from forcing a name change on launch of the character. That way names wouldn't overlap but people couldn't hoard or keep names either. You could create a launch page for overflow characters, have people choose who they want and put in a button to onetime move them over OR allow people to transfer up to 2 characters per account through support but only available to low pop and have Isya be excluded from it.

Name clash wont happen if you add a ( server) behind the name : example all server have the name Player, so you just make it Player(pagel) for the char from pagel server and if that player dont like it they can change name, i guess after the merge namechange wont be a problem ( if some1 blame cant buy change name gift a change name for all ids).

As interesting as this idea sounds, it is also an idea that we would prefer to avoid for a numer of reasons. Here are some:

    1. It can create division amongst platers

    2. It is a rather tactless move and would mean those players would require 6 name changers to rename themselves, thus discouraging them from playing

    3. Some names are long, which would mean there is a limitation to character within their names.

As for overflow characters, this was the purpose beghind the creation of Jenira. Since the outlook on Jenira wasn't very popular amongst players to begin with and since Overflow Accounts had it own issues. Such an option may not be offered again, but this could always change if we decide to go for it.

could we go up to 10 characters or 12 characters per account ? there are alots of players have more skins than 6 , but they can only make 6 chars , what happens to other skin? throw away? refund to gamingo?

i would say the best is 11 chars per accounts incase they have 11 diferent skin so they can make for all class

This is non-negotiable. If we shrink the servers to just two as requested by the players and if we go with the idea to keep Isya as it is, you will only have a total 12 characters total. Meaning if you have over 6 characters total across Enid, Pagel and Jenira, you will only be able to keep 6. This is because of the meaning and intention behind the original mergeand player behaviour over the years that would influence our decision towards a second merge, if we decide and agree to do one.

In regards to what would happen to any items, this will be something we will look into, if we ever decide to go with it.

Kinda curious as to why speaking the truth is detrimental. Something really needs to be done for those who have money and time trapped in desolation. Sweeping the matter under the rug isn't helping old or new players. There needs to be some kind of lure to keep players wanting to be there or else nothing will change. I'm sure lots of people want to rebuild communities on their first choice servers but are struggling hard. This is a party game, hence it's name. Please, pass some sort of server specific buffs/rewards for lower pop servers on to OOS. Another mmo I've played does this to keep balance in open world pvp because one faction seems to overrule.

    Hi Sejin,

Please note that speaking the 'truth' is allowed and we are open to some levels of criticism, hence why this thread wasn't completely removed. We are able to edit and adjust comments to remove anything that we deem to be harmful towards our game and services.

Just because we edit out a comment and leave a general warning in place does not mean anyone should challenge our decision and provoke us. That in itself is against the forum rules.

In the past we may have ignored such comments, but that may not have been the best decision. Allowing too much freedom to express oneself of their opinions towards the other servers have left a very heavy and rather negative opinion towards them that undermines any and all efforts we and the players have made towards helping those servers bounce back.

Ultimately, no matter which server you are on, the game will always be the same regardless if it is Isya, Pagel, Enid or Jenira. The community is for you, the community to build. We cannot manipulate the way you play, you yourselves have what it takes to create a friendly and playable enviroment for all to enjoy and just because you belong on different servers doesn't mean you should comment negatively towards one another in any capacity.

Right now, the answer is simple. If you are a returning player who missed the original merge. You can either remain on Enid, Pagel or Jenira and help with the regrowth of those servers, as the current algorithm will exclude players from being auto-sorted into Isya, or you can restart from scratch and refill the lower levels of Isya to help better balance the level range of Isya.

nothing wrong, to gives special reward to play on low server , if isay complain about it, they can creat alt to join to get rewards aswell, gamigo just dont want do anything, but hate the fact they telling they working on it, 3 years rdy passed, that must be huge plan for them

This has been brought up and has been considered before but likewise there is a risk that this could remain a temporary solution and wouldn't do much in the long term planning.

Exactly lol. The best solution would to be merge the low pop servers. They could add a tag at the end of the name so name changes wouldn't be such an issue. But gamigo doesn’t want to do any of that.
So the second option is cross server marketplace to open up the markets not just isya but on the low pop servers. I bet people would go back to farm the lower/newer servers and sell weapons and obtain gear that way. Or maybe guilds would really want to flex and extend across two servers to take SK or SOMETHING but gamigo doesn’t want to do that either.
Than on top of that, they say they want low pop servers to grow well okay but people have for a few years struggled in 8x-105 levelling and for a little bit LN HC was a great solution to like 2/3 of that but than gamigo removed that and don’t want to put it back claiming it wasn’t intentional. SO. LMAO.

Name Clash will be something we'll have to discuss, but similar to the previous merge, we will most likely base it on algorithm and reset names. Not to mention you will only retain Six Characters meaning you have have 6 from Apoline, Bijou, Epith, Teva, Legel and Cypion on Pagel and then restart fresh on Enid or even have any overflow on Jenira, because you've filled Isya and Pagel, then you would most likely have to give up some characters. This is the most likely scenario should we ever choose to do a Merge (again).

A Cross Server Marketplace would mean that the item will have to be disassociated with the current server and reset to a state that can be transferable across different servers. To prevent an influx or exploitation to carry loot over certain rare items to certain servers, this is an idea that we're highly against until the correct mindset or proper restrictions are in place that limit the use of cross server item selling or transfer.

As for being capable of clearing content on those certain servers. If the community provides a general feedback and comments about the games quality of play from leveling, questing, gears, items etc then we can always forward such feedback and adjust the game so that it is in a playable state for all. Example if the general feedback suggest that levels shouldn't be heavily reliant on Instances, please forward such suggestions, likewise the same as heavy reliances on Blues or having an alternative set of gears besides Blues and Legendaries that are easier to obtain (such as reworked Greens) and allows player the option to survive without the need to buy Blues, then we can look into seeing what we can do and discuss.

The thing is GM’s ignore the servers that aren’t very active. They stopped doing events on pagel when the population was still decent.

Contradictory to that comment, I actually hosted events on the same day as Isya if not a day before and it was a weekly thing besides our occasional visits.

In the past we would actually organise Enid and Jenira first, Pagel second and Isya last. In most cases, these servers actually handled majority of our events with little to no complaints and were at times far better at handling the mob events than Isya, not to mention less rule breaking.

Likewise I try to encourage my team to visit and interact with those servers so that we are not overally bias towards Isya.

Hope this answers some of your questions.

Okay but what happens when the person who stole the items or account deletes the mail?

In which case, please refer to our ingame rules: Game Rules

If you engage in risky trades and deals, you will do so at your own risk. You can still report it and we will still deal with it and punish anyone, so long as we have enough evidence against or reports against them to do so.

However, if you know the deal and transaction is sketchy, then please do not take that unneccesary risk.

    Regards,

    ~[SGM]Kuroneko

    Heya,

Please note that the mailbox funtionality is free to use without the expense of SC. However if you wish to view your mails from anywhere within the server, you have an optional extra to unlock said feature.

most of us want to use the mail while we are questing. Should we stop questing and leave map and spot and head back to town to check a mail from a friend? Why are we force to pay to use this feature. Like most had said. It should be free to use. But no. They gotta make money from this. Lmao

This feature is designed to allow people to have a form of offline connection or messaging feature without reliance on a third party application or software. Nor do we intend to replace the whispering system. You are more than welcome to whisper your friend, whilst they are online and continue your discussion there.

Since the message will not be deleted anytime soon, you can take your time to return to town. If you wish to view it straight away, there is that optional extra.

I can see the benefits of being able to send items without needing to run somewhere for them but this also raises a security question of: Can they trace mail like they can trace trades and if so will they be able to track people who hack/abuse trust and clear all the items from accounts and get them back for the owner or will it just give the people who do this another scapegoat bc employees won’t care to do that much work?

There has been a lot of request for the ability to send an item or conduct a transaction whilst people are offline. In the situation where there has been a breach of the In-Game Rules or Terms of Service or misuse of the Mail System.Sso long as you retain the copy of the mail and do not delete it and report properly to Ticket Support, as you should, then we will be able to deal with them from there.

Wasn't going to comment, until i saw the idea of "Lets take players from Isya to to revive pagel"

It is an option that we could consider but again, we've got plans and have been monitoring and discussing it for years.

Whilst the other servers declined, there is no doubt that Isya grew.

A migration tool may still be considered in the future but at this current point and in this particular climate, it isn't something we would be interested in as it would contribute to more chaos for Isya.

Right now players have the option to restart on Isya which will help balanced the lower levels of Isya. However if the migration tool is being suggested to migrate items and characters to Isya then it is utterly out of the question.

Drama and competition are what keeps the game going in the long term and that's why Isya is still around and populated.

Regarding the current drama and frequent toxic comments within the roars. Since we have been receiving a lot of complaints and dissatisfaction towards this particular atmosphere, we will be working to reduce such behaviour and ensure a pleasant enviroment for everyone to enjoy.

Drama should never be made public, if you have an issue with someone, please report them if they are violating the ingame rules, ignore them or argue privately. Any disturbance to the standard gameplay or violation of the ingame rules will be meet with appropriate punishment.

    Hi,

Cupcake that is a good idea, we will do that next time, it's been a while since we did it in that particular format and completely forgetten about it.

As for the cheating Fugata , Dusk has reached out to me, naturally we can always adjust the how to win/who will win after internal discussions over the results of the event.

Looking at his list, there are some mistakes and likewise said mistakes were copied over by others. As a result, similar to copying in an exam, we could potentially disqualify some entries if it looks like they just Ctrl+C and Ctrl+V the answers.

    Hi Mohammed152,

    Thank you for the suggestion.

However, since we do not possess the licensing rights to the Middle East, we will not be able to host the game for that particular region or localise it for that region.

In addition to that, please refrain from promoting 3rd party games or mention and discussed private servers within our Forums.

    Hi zztsudo

Please take caution with the comments that you are making. As negative comments like that can be damaging towards the smaller communities who are attempting to rebuild.

The short answer is No. You will not be able to transfer any characters nor items or money to Isya. This will remain the case for the foreseeable future and no special exceptions will be made for any players.

You may choose to restart afresh on Isya, but no migration of any kind will be offered. For more information, you can read the replies I have given in this thread in regards to the Q&A: Jenria/Enid/pagel suggestion
