  • Hello Isyans,

    after yesterdays maintenance, a lot of questions came up. We were able to answer a few in discord and use that information to try and find out what we can do, hoping to find the solution quickly.

    For some, the faces of their characters have changed. This happened in conjunction with an update to the code. We are currently identifying how it affected the game in this way and will let you know as soon as we can about how we are going to fix it!

    The important thing for you to know is: you don't have to do anything right now other than send a ticket to support naming the characters you have had the issue with. After that, please wait for an update on this matter, we will let you know as soon as we can!

  • Information about the occurring issues after the patch of 08/28/19

    Face/Off Issue:
    Some of the characters' luxury faces were changed with the patch.
    We are still working on a solution. Do not worry, you will not keep the new faces forever! As soon as we have more information, we will give you an update.

    Problem with the Weekly Attendance Quest:
    Currently, there is a problem that occurs when making the daily and weekly attendance quest at least 1x.
    If you have the problem, then you should be able to accept the weekly quest again with the next "daily" parchment you acquire. Be sure to try and do all your weekly attendance quests before you use your last daily parchment. We are currently investigating the issue and working on a solution.

    Mount Glitch after Cleric Healing:
    If you have a cleric in the group and he uses the ability to "Invigorate" someone while sitting on the mount, then that mount will become quite ornery (it will suddenly stop moving although the animation still runs). If this happens, simply un- and remount, that should solve the issue for the time being.

    Please do not send any more tickets to support and don't worry if you do not get a response. We will take care of this issue!

    Support Tickets
    It takes around 1-3 working days until you will receive an answer from our support. During this time you should not "push" your request because this would automatically update your queue placement. If you are still waiting on an answer after 5 work days (without weekend!) you can contact any CM (in this case -> me) via PM. Please put your ticket ID in the title and give us a short information what the ticket is about so we can contact our support team.

  • Halloween NPC Margret

    Unfortunately there was a miscommunication and the Halloween NPC Margret disappeared on Nov. 13th at midnight instead of Dec. 12th. If you have any Halloween Coins left please send a PM an CM Veralya with the following information.

  • Anti Virus Program: Kaspersky and ZoneAlarm

    Several reports were obtained that users with the anti virus programs Kaspersky/ZoneAlarm have issues to start the launcher and log in the game. Our team is aware of the issue and is working on a fix.

    If you are part of the community which is using an Anti Virus program which shows this error, please don't worry. Our Fiesta game is not affected by any virus. We apologize for the inconvenience and thank you for your understanding.

  • Shine System and the strongest monsters of all time

    We would like to thank you for your feedback.
    Currently we are redesigning the Shine system to create a better balance between normal monster and Shine monsters. A first new version of the revision is on it's way on to our test servers to be tested.

    Since this is an important topic for everyone we are currently looking into an adaptation of the system for this week.

  • Update: Shine System and the strongest monsters of all time

    Unfortunately we won't have a patch this week. While working on a fix and Looking into the System again we found some issues which could affect the Gameplay. This is why we decided to not apply any fix before the Weekend.

    Isya: Shiny Khazul
    Khazul will be killed on 11/29/2019 at 10.00am (PST) and automatically respawned if Isya couldn't defeat him until then.

  • Holiday Vacation: Support Tickets

    We are celebrating christmas soon and our support will also celebrate christmas during our winter holidays.

    This means that a part of our support will be on vacation, celebrating christmas with their friends and family. But don't worry - there are still hard working supporters checking on your tickets. It might be that the ticket answers need a bit more time but we won't let you down!

  • Server Restarts during Winter Holidays

    We will not have a server restart or maintenance on 12/24/2019 and 12/31/2019.
    Our development team gave us feedback that the servers are stable enough and that there shouldn't be any problems linked to no server restart.

  • Guild Buff disappears after Server restart/maintenance

    We received a report that a specific guild currently has an issue which leads to a reset of their guild buff after each server restart/maintenance.

    We figured out what causes the issue and our developers will work on a fix for it.
    As soon as we have a working fix for it, you will see the info in our patch notes as soon as it will be applied to our live servers.

    Be aware that this could happen to any guild buff in-game.

  • Monster Weapon License

    We did not change the system. Unfortunately it seems that there has been some misinformation which led to the false believe that the additional +5% Crit adds on top of the Crit and counts for ALL monsters/players. This is not true. The display has been adjusted so the information is shown correctly.

    Quest: Crystallized Toxins

    Unfortunately there are some issues with the "repeatable" status on this quest. We are currently checking on the quest and will make sure to find a fix.

  • Server Restart 02/13/2020 around 2.30-7pm

    We have been experience some server on 02/13/2020 around 2.30-7pm issues and are still investigating on what has been causing those. A restart has been carried out at around 7pm PST on 02/13/2020 to prevent further login issues. Right now our servers are doing okay.

  • gamigo Website / Fiesta Online Website not loading

    At the moment there are some ongoing issues with our gamigo & Fiesta Online websites which is why they are not loading. Our IT is aware of the issue and they are already working on a fix.

    It might be that you can't reach e.g. our Item-Shop or gamigo Website until the issue has been resolved.

  • Information: Server Issues on March 17th 2020

    Dear Community,

    today, on March 17th 2020, we experienced a DDoS attack on our US Servers which has been the reason that most of you were not able to log in the game or play the game. Our IT has been able to stop the attack and we will keep an eye on our servers to make sure you have the best game experience while most of you stay at home.

    What is a DDoS attack?

    A distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attack occurs when multiple systems flood the bandwidth or resources of a targeted system, usually one or more web servers. Such an attack is often the result of multiple compromised systems (for example, a botnet) flooding the targeted system with traffic.

    We would like to stress that these attacks can in no way affect or access your personal data or login information. It is an attack on the server itself, not the users.

  • Information: Server Issue 04/21/2020

    Hello Everyone!

    You have been curious what was going with Isya on 04/21/2020 at 4:54 CEST (7:54 pm PDT) till 6:20 CEST (9:20 PDT).

    Some players might have experienced lag and login issues in the Isya server. Our IT noticed some issues and has been working on them to prevent further problems that would lead to more critical issues, which haven't been as critical or total failure likeyou experienced in the past weeks.

  • Weapon cover transfer: Axe of Phoenix (durability: 25.000)

    Currently the weapon cover "Axe of Phoenix (durability: 25,000)" cannot be transferred back to the premium inventory via our new transfer feature.

    The problem is known and it will be fixed in one of the upcoming patches.

    If you want to have a weapon cover "Axe of the Phoenix (durability: 25.000)" transferred back to the premium inventory until then, please contact our support or wait until the problem is fixed. Please note that this only applies to this weapon cover. For all other weapon covers, the feature must be used.
